YVW – Yuroke Pump Station
Project Scope
Yarra Valley Water required water supply works to increase water supply capacity to the Hume Growth Corridor and to its Somerton Supply Zone and to supply a new Yuroke Pressure Zone. This project involved construction of Yarra Valley Water’s largest capacity water pump station, containing 2 no. 450kW pumps, a pressure reducing station and distribution mains. Civil, mechanical and electrical, instrumentation and control works were undertaken for this project.
