WW – Surbiton Park Recycled Water Plant – Stage 2
As a continuation of stage 1A works, stage 2 project involves construction of two concrete aeration tanks, each with 1.3ML capacity, two major effluent transfer pump station, three activated sludge pump stations, two scum pump stations, one primary sludge pump station, one MLSS pump station and one emergency storage pump station with associated mechanical and electrical installation. The pipework incorporating DI, MSCL, Stainless Steel, Poly, ABS, and PVC materials. During project duration, there are also requirement for a number of temporary works such as design and construction of earth dam, suspending 30m of 500 dia. DI pipe line, stabilising earth embankment with soil anchors and bypass pumping during connection works.
