WW – Surbiton Park Recycled Water Plant - Stage 1A
Project Scope
A complex project comprised of all aspects of Civil Construction, including electrical and mechanical works. Works consist of construction of seven significant water retaining structures including one 40m diameter, 7m deep clarifier pit within the existing plant. The associated pipework incorporating MSCL, RFC RRJ, Poly, ABS, and PVC materials at depths of up to 7m. Mechanical works include supply and installation of mechanical screens and presses, submersible pumps and clarifiers. Electrical works consist of switchboards, telemetry, SCADA, flowmeters and power supply. The construction process for this project involves major planning as construction must not disrupt the operation of the existing sewerage treatment plant.
