YVW – Highlander Branch Sewer – Stage 3

Project Scope:

• Highlander Branch Sewer – Stage 3 will operate as a gravity sewer and is part of a system to convey sewage from new developments into the Malcolm Creek Branch Sewer, and ultimately to Craigieburn Hub.
• Works included open-cut construction of 770m of DN300 SN8 PVC Pipe and trenchless construction of 340m of DN300 threaded SN16 PVC Pipe.
• Construction of 4 x maintenance holes ranging from Ø1200 to Ø2100 and up to 10m deep.
• Stakeholder engagement included Hume City Council, Residents and Utility companies.
