YVW – E14 Mt Aitken to Mt Ridley Water Project
Project Scope
The project included the construction of a Potable Water Pump Station at the existing Mt Aitken Tank Site in Craigieburn for Yarra Valley Water.
Works included:
- Bulk excavation for underground pump station pump room;
- Cast-Insitu construction of pump station pump room, loading bay slab, switchroom slab and roof slab;
- Structural steel framework for above ground pump station;
- Fabrication and installation of precast wall panels;
- Mechanical and electrical fabrication, installation and commissioning, including all site conduit installation;
- DN825 and DN900 welded MSCL suction and discharge pipework;
- Internal fitout of pump room with pumps, MSCL fittings, actuated valves and NRV’s.
