INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Integrated Management System is a risk management tool set up by MFJ Constructions (Vic) Pty Ltd. Its aim is primarily to meet the requirements of the CCF

Civil Construction Management Code. This code is a combination of the requirements of ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and AS/NZS 4801-2001 as they relate to:

– The minimum requirements set down by CCF for the civil construction industry,
– Our business needs, and
– Our client or project requirements.

MFJ Constructions’ aim is to maintain certification to the CCF Civil Construction Management Code as the first step in establishing a management system.

After continuous improvement, maintaining the certification by audits each year and assessing our client’s needs, MFJ Constructions will be able to decide if we need to extend our system to achieve full certification to each individual standard.

MFJ Constructions (Vic) Pty Ltd retains only one “Controlled Master Version” of its complete Integrated Management System; this is the electronic Master Version. The master version is read and print accessible to all staff. Only amendments authorized by the General Manager are inserted into the system.

All documents with the exception of Project Management Plans are considered to be “uncontrolled” when printed from the Master Version of the system.
